Care+ Virtual Staffing began with a simple belief: home care business owners in the United States and United Kingdom deserve more support than the industry gives them credit for needing — and Filipino virtual assistants were exactly the people to provide it.

It started with Desiree, a virtual assistant with more than 10 years of hands-on experience supporting US-based and UK-based homecare agencies. Over the years, she saw firsthand how homecare owners were stretched thin — juggling caregiver scheduling, client intake, billing, compliance, and marketing, often with little time left to actually grow their business. She also saw how capable, dedicated Filipino VAs were consistently delivering results for the agencies they supported.

Desiree knew this wasn't a coincidence — it was an opportunity. She brought together Marjorie and Rodney, two VAs with their own deep, specialized experience serving US homecare owners, and together the three of them built something bigger than any one of them could offer alone: Care+ Virtual Staffing, an agency dedicated to recruiting, training, and matching skilled Filipino virtual assistants with homecare business owners who need a reliable extra set of hands.

What started as three VAs with a shared vision has grown into an agency built on the same values that got us here — genuine care, industry expertise, and a commitment to making homecare businesses run better, one great match at a time.

We started Care+ because we've seen it from the inside — we know what it's like to be the quiet, steady hands keeping a homecare business running.
